With due respect, I beg to say that, I got admission of my daughter Anjali Kumari to J. D. Women’s College, Bailery Road, Patna in I.S.C. (1st year) after being slide-up from R.P.S. Mahila College, Danapur, Patna vide transaction no. OD 11200922105141, dt. 20.09.2022 (copy enclosed). After admission to the J. D. Women’s College, I have been trying for refund of admission fee (Rs. 4675) paid to R.P.S. Mahila College vide receipt no. RPSMC/ 2223/03254, dt. 17.08.2022 since 20.09.2022 as they committed to refund the same after admission of my daughter in another College.
A written letter for refund of admission fee was already been sent to the R.P.S. Mahila College followed by several calls as well. But, the College administration refused to refund the admission fee paid, which is a cleanest violation of OFSS rule.
I therefore request you to please take appropriate steps in light of OFSS rule for refund of admission fee paid to R.P.S. Mahila College at the earliest.
