BSEB Inter IA Exam Date 2023 Arts Instructions
- The candidates will be allowed to enter the examination center up to 10 minutes before the commencement of the examination after the mandatory screening.
- Candidates will be allowed to enter the examination venue wearing only slippers. Closed shoes and socks are strictly prohibited.
- It is mandatory to wear a face mask during the examination from the time of entry till exiting the examination venue. The examination hall will be sanitized daily.
- Apart from the center superintendents and mobile app operators, no other person appointed for the examination will be allowed to carry mobile phones inside the examination centers. If found so, an FIR will be registered and he will be suspended.
- Section 144 will be imposed at the examination venues and entry of unauthorized personnel will be banned. If found so, an FIR will be registered against him.
Students will get 15 Minutes to Read the Question Paper

Bihar School Education Board has made changes in the exam pattern for the 12th examination to be conducted in the schools affiliated with it. These major changes affect your exam preparation. The number of additional subjects with the required passing marks increased. Students have the option to choose only one language between English and Hindi for Paper 1. Instead of dividing the paper into 2 for 5 marks, the entire paper will be 100 marks.
Students can choose any one of the 12 optional languages for the second language paper. But they are not allowed to repeat the same language chosen in Paper 1. There will be 3 compulsory subjects from different streams of 100 marks each. Bihar School Education Board has started the 6th additional subject. It will be related to the selected stream. Now students will appear for 2 language subjects, 3 main subjects from a particular stream, and 1 additional subject (6 in total) from the same stream. Additional Subject, Marks of this additional subject (Paper VI) will be evaluated as the main subject.
