- बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा सत्र 2023-2025 के लिए राज्य के इंटरमीडिएट स्तर की शिक्षा प्रदान करने वाले शिक्षण संस्थानों में 11वीं कक्षा में नामांकन हेतु द्वितीय चयन सूची दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2023 को 9 बजे जारी किया गया।
- द्वितीय चयन सूची के आधार पर शिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2023 से 24 जुलाई 2023 तक किया जाएगा।
- शिक्षण संस्थान अपने संस्थान में प्रतिदिन नामांकित विद्यार्थियों की विवरणी को अगले दिन तक OFSS Portal पर Update करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। विद्यार्थियों द्वारा नामांकन के बाद Slide Up की प्रक्रिया के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2023 से 24 जुलाई 2023 तक किया जाएगा।
- शिक्षण संस्थानों द्वारा OFSS Portal में Login कर सीट ऑनलाइन अपडेट करने की अंतिम तिथि:- दिनांक 25 जुलाई 2023 तक।
- जिस विद्यार्थी का चयन द्वितीय चयन सूची में नहीं होता है, उसके लिए नया विकल्प भरने अथवा पूर्व के विकल्प में परिवर्तन करने की अवधि दिनांक 18/07/2023 से 24/07/2023 तक निर्धारित है।

द्वितीय चयन सूचि के साथ ही +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालयों के अलग-अलग संकायों का Cutoff List (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) भी समिति के वेबसाइट पर दिनांक 18/07/2023 को जारी किया जायेगा। इसके साथ ही सभी आवेदकों को उनके Login ID में प्रथम सूचना पत्र (Intimation Letter) भी जारी किया जायेगा, जिसे वे OFSS Portal पर अपना User ID एवं Password डालकर देख सकते हैं तथा Download कर सकते हैं। इस हेतु सभी चयनितों को SMS भी भेजा जायेगा।

यह Slide Up विकल्प भी तभी मान्य (Valid) होगा, जब आपने दिनांक 18 जुलाई 2023 से 24 जुलाई 2023 के बीच अपने सूचना पत्र में अंकित कॉलिज संकाय में नामांकन (Admission) करा लिया है। यदि सूचना पत्र में अंकित कॉलेज / संकाय में निर्धारित तिथि तक नामांकन नहीं कराते हैं, तो आपके द्वारा Slide Up विकल्प भरने पर उसकी मान्यता नहीं दी जायेगी तथा आपका आवेदन एवं अभ्यर्थित्व रद्द कर दिया जायेगा।
Bihar Board Slide Up विकल्प भरने के लिये कंप्यूटर पर वेबसाईट ofssbihar.in के अलावा मोबाईल से भी OFSS Slide Up विकल्प भरा जा सकता है। इसके लिये जो आवेदक मोबाईल एप्प के माध्यम से BSEB Slide Up विकल्प भरना चाहते हैं, तो उनको Play Store से BSEBOFSS नामक App को डाउनलोड करना होगा।
इस एप्प को डाउलोड करने के पश्चात् आवेदक को अपने मोबाईल में इस एप्प में User ID एवं Password से Login करना होगा तथा उसके बाद Slide Up विकल्प भरने की सहमति देनी होगी। उसके पश्चात् आवेदक को मोबाईल पर SMS के माध्यम से OTP प्राप्त होगा। इस OTP को इस एप्प में भरने के पश्चात् आवेदक को Confirmation Code के माध्यम से प्राप्त होगा।
Confirmation Code प्राप्त नहीं होने के स्थिति में Slide Up विकल्प भरा हुआ नहीं माना जायेगा। यदि आवेदक को Confirmation Code प्राप्त नहीं होता है, उन्हें यह प्रक्रिया दोबारा करनी होगी। Confirmation Code प्राप्त होने के पश्चात् ही यह माना जायेगा कि आवेदक का Slide Up विकल्प भरा जा चुका है। आवेदकों को यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वो यह Confirmation Code कागज पर लिखकर भविष्य के लिये सुरक्षित रख लें।
