OFSS Slide Up Process

दूसरी मेरिट सूचि में चयनित विद्यार्थी दिनांक 2 सितम्बर 2022 से 10 सितम्बर 2022 तक अपने द्वारा भरे गये उच्चतर विकल्प हेतु अपना विकल्प भर सकते हैं। ऐसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये यह आवश्यक है कि निर्धारित तिथि दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 तक वे अपना नामांकन चयनित संस्थान / संकाय में अवश्य करा लें। नामांकन नहीं कराने की स्थिति में उनके नाम पर तृतीय मेरिट सूची में कोई विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। अर्थात्‌ उनका नाम सूची से हटा दिया जायेगा। विद्यार्थी Slide Up विकल्प में नया संस्थान/संकाय न तो बदल सकते हैं और न ही कोई नया संस्थान / संकाय जोड़ सकते हैं।

Important Points for Bihar OFSS Selection Cutoff 2022 Slide Up

• अगर आवेदक दूसरी चरण में निचली प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में जाने पर संतुष्ट नहीं है, वैसे विद्यार्थी दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 के बिच में OFSS के माध्यम से Student Login में जाकर अपने द्वारा दिये गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थानों में नामांकन की संभावना हेतु Slide Up विकल्प का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, परन्तु नया विकल्प जोड़ अथवा बदल नहीं सकते हैं। Slide Up विकल्प चुनने के पश्चात्‌ संबंधित विद्यार्थी को उनके द्वारा आवेदन पत्र में पहले से भरे गये उच्च प्राथमिकता वाले विकल्पों में से सूची में चयन होने की सम्भावना है।
• संस्थान में नामांकन के लिये दूसरी चयन सूची जारी की गयी हैं। अतः नामांकन के लिये चयनित आवेदक को संबंधित संस्थान में नामांकन करना अनिवार्य है। आवेदकों को पुनः सलाह दी जाती है कि नामांकन की तिथि और अन्य औपचारिकताओं के लिये उन्हें संबंधित संस्थान से सम्पर्क करना चाहिए और नामांकन की प्रक्रिया से संबंधित जानकारी को प्राप्त कर लेना चाहिए। अगर चयनित आवेदक अपने दूसरी चयन में आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय से संतुष्ट नहीं होंगे तो भी उन्हें आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन लेना अनिवार्य है, ताकि Slide Up विकल्प भरने के बाद उनको तीसरी सूची में अन्य आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय आवंटित करने पर विचार किया जा सके। अगर वे दूसरी सूची में आवंटित +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन नहीं लेते हैं, तो उनका आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जायेगा और उनका नाम OFSS System से हटा दिया जायेगा और वर्तमान सत्र में जो तृतीये चयन सूची जारी की जायेगी, उसमें भी उनके आवेदन पर विचार नहीं जायेगा।
• दूसरी चयन सूची में जिन आवेदकों का चयन (उनके द्वारा भरे गये विकल्पों में से उनके प्राप्तांक एवं आरक्षण के आधार पर) किसी भी संस्थान में नहीं होता है, वैसे आवेदक पुन: दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 तक OFSS पोर्टल में Login करके अन्य नये विकल्प नामांकन हेतु दोबारा भर सकते हैं। नये विकल्प भरने हेतु आवेदक विकल्प के रूप में नये +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय में संकाय का चुनाव कर सकते हैं। ऐसे आवेदकों को न्यूनतम 10 (दस) विकल्प एवं अधिकतम 20 (बीस) विकल्प आवेदन पत्र में दोबारा भरना होगा, इन भरे गये विकल्पों के आधार पर तीसरी चयन सूची के के लिये उनका यह नया आवेदन मान्य होगा। इस कार्य हेतु दोबारा प्रकार का कोई भी शुल्क नहीं देना होगा। ऐसे आवेदकों को उनके अंक के आधार पर तीसरी चयन सूची में संस्थान आवंटित करने हेतु विचार किया जायेगा।
• नामांकन करने के लिये आवेदन करते समय विद्यार्थियों से कुल 350 रूपये/- आवेदन शुल्क लिया गया था, जिसमें 150 रूपये/- आवेदन शुल्क एवं 200 रूपये/- कॉलेज शुल्क निहित था। अतः सभी +2 विद्यालय / को सूचित किया जाता है कि प्रथम, द्वितीय तथा तृतीये सूची के नामांकन के बाद कुल जितने विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन उनके +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय होगा उन सभी विद्यार्थियों की कुल संख्या के अनुसार 200रूपये/- प्रति विद्यार्थी की दर से कुल राशि Demand Draft /RTGS / NEFT के माध्यम से समिति उन +2 विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों को भेज देगी। अतः कोई भी +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय किसी विद्यार्थी से कोई आवेदन शुल्क नहीं लेंगे सिर्फ नामांकन शुल्क एवं अन्य देय शुल्क ही लेंगे।

नामांकन के पश्चात बेहतर Slide Up विकल्प हेतु विद्यार्थियों के लिये आवश्यक

• दूसरी चयन सूची के आधार पर आवंटित +2/महाविद्यालय/संकाय में विद्यार्थी अपना नामांकन करायेंगे।
• दिनांक 2 सितम्बर 2022 से 10 सितम्बर 2022 के बीच किसी भी दिन ऐसे विद्यार्थी OFSS के वेबसाइट पर अपना User ID एवं Password से Login करते हुए स्लाइड अप करेंगे, तथा स्लाइड अप हेतु वेबसाइट पर सहमति दें। इसके लिये निम्न प्रक्रिया है :-
  • अपना User ID एवं Password से अपना पेज खोलें।
  • क्लिक करने के पश्चात्‌ एक नया पेज खुलेगा, जिसमें Slide Up Option दिखेगा।
  • Slide Up Option हेतु इच्छुक विद्यार्थी Slide Up Option के सामने दिये गये बटन को क्लिक करेंगे।
• विद्यार्थी Slide Up विकल्प का उपयोग करने में कोई संस्थान न तो बदल सकते हैं, और न ही नया कोई संस्थान जोड़ सकते हैं। (किन्तु यहाँ पुनः स्पष्ट किया जाता है की, तृतीय चयन सूची के लिये सिर्फ वैसे ही छात्रों के Slide Up Option पर विचार किया जायेगा, जो दूसरी चयन सूची में नामांकित संस्थान में नामांकन करा लेंगे। यदि, वे दूसरी चयन सूची में नामांकित संस्थान में नामांकन नहीं कराते हैं, तो उनका आवेदन Candidature रद्द कर दिया जायेगा तथा उनके द्वारा भरे गये Slide Up Option पर कोई विचार नहीं किया जायेगा।

• सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पूर्ण रूप से अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाना। इसके लिए दो विद्यार्थियों के बीच दो गज की दूरी बनाए रखना।
  • महाविद्यालय / शिक्षण संस्थान में नामांकन हल आने वाले विद्यार्थियों / अभिभावकों तथा कार्यरत कर्मियों के थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग की व्यवस्था करना एवं उनके हाथों को सैनेटाइज करना।
  • सभी कार्यरत कर्मियों एवं विद्यार्थियों द्वारा अनिवार्य रूप से मास्क पहनने का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाना |
• नामांकन की अवधि में सभी विद्यालयों में प्रधानाध्यापक / प्रभारी प्रधानाध्यापक तथा सभी शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों को उपस्थित रहना अनिवार्य है, जो इन विद्यार्थियों के नामांकन संबंधित सभी कार्य करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे। चूंकि नामांकन कार्य में पर्याप्त संख्या में काउण्टरों की व्यवस्था एवं अन्य व्यवस्थाएं की जानी है, अतः यह आवश्यक है कि इंटर कक्षाओं में नामांकन हेतु संबंधित प्रधानाध्यापक द्वारा आवश्यकतानुसार अन्य शिक्षकों को भी प्रतिनियुक्त करना सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
• अत: उक्त के आलोक में अनुरोध है कि इण्टर कक्षा में नामांकन के लिये विद्यार्थियों की सुविधा हेतु आवश्यकता का आकलन कर पर्याप्त संख्या में काउण्टरों की व्यवस्था की जाए, जिससे कि किसी भी दिन नामांकन के समय आवश्यकता से अधिक भीड़ नहीं हो। साथ ही, उक्त कार्यों को सम्पादित करने के लिए पर्याप्त संख्या में शिक्षकों एवं शिक्षकेत्तर कर्मियों की भी प्रतिनियुक्ति की जाए।
• OFSS के माध्यम से मान्यता प्राप्त के +2 विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों में संकायवार सीट की संख्या एवं द्वारा अपने ऑनलाईन आवेदन में दिये गये संस्थान, संकाय के विकल्प एवं आरक्षण कोटि के आधार पर दूसरी चरण में नामांकन चयन सूची तैयार किया जा रहा है। इस दूसरी चयन सूची को नि को निम्नांकित बिन्दुओं के आधार पर तैयार किया जा रहा है :-
  • +2 / महाविद्यालयों में 11वीं कक्षा में नामांकन हेतु उपलब्ध सीट की संकायवार संख्या।
  • विद्यार्थियों द्वारा OFSS Portal पर किये गये ऑनलाईन आवेदन में भरे गये संस्थान / संकाय का विकल्प।
  • विद्यार्थियों के कक्षा 10वीं का प्राप्तांक
  • आरक्षण संबंधी राज्य सरकार के प्रभावी प्रावधान
  • वैसे सस्थानों जिनमे, 12वीं को पढ़ाइ क साथ 10वीं का पढ़ाई भी होती है, वैसे संस्थानों से उत्तीर्ण होने वाले विद्यार्थियों ने यदि 12वीं की पढ़ाई हेतु विकल्पों में अपने विद्यालय (जहाँ से उन्होंने 10वीं की कक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है), का विकल्प दिया है, तो ऐसे मामलों में उन विद्यार्थियों को राज्य सरकार के निर्णयानुसार अपने मूल संस्थान में नामांकन हेतु प्राथमिकता दी गयी है, अर्थात्‌ यदि उनको अपने मूल संस्थान से ऊपर का विकल्प नामांकन हेतु प्राथमिकता सूची में नहीं मिलता है, तो उनका चयन अपने मूल विद्यालय में नामांकन हेतु किया जायेगा | उदाहरणस्वरूप अगर किसी विद्यार्थी ने अपने विद्यालय का विकल्प, जहाँ से उन्होंने 10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण की है, को छठे स्थान पर दिया है और उनका चयन उनके मेघा एवं आरक्षण के आधार पर आठवें नम्बर के विकल्प में होता है, तो उस परिस्थिति में उन्हें छठे नम्बर के अपने मूल संस्थान में नामांकन के लिये चयनित किया जायेगा, परन्तु अगर ऐसे विद्यार्थी का चयन तीसरे विकल्प (जो छठे विकल्प से ऊपर है) के संस्थान हेतु होता है, तो उस स्थिति में उनका चयन तीसरे विकल्प में दिये गये संस्थान में नामांकन के लिये चयनित किया जायेगा किन्तु महाविद्यालय /संस्थान के लिये यह प्रावधान उनकी अधिकतम स्वीकृत सीमा के अन्तर्गत ही अनुमान्य है। अर्थात्‌ यदि किसी संस्थान में अधिकतम स्वीकृत सीट संख्या (आरक्षण श्रेणीवार) से अधिक उसी संस्थान में विद्यार्थियों ने इण्टर में नामांकन के लिये आवेदन दिया है तो वैसी स्थिति में आरक्षण श्रेणीवार मेधा सूची में ऊपर से अधिकतम सीट क्षमता के अनुसार ही उस संस्थान में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर इस धमकी सूची में नामांकन किया जायेगा | शेष विद्यार्थियों (जो आरक्षण श्रेणीवार मेधा पूची में नीचे हैं) को वह संस्थान नहीं दिया जायेगा, बल्कि उनके द्वारा भरे गये विकल्पों क आधार पर उनको अन्य संस्थान आवंटित किया जायेगा।

यदि कोई आवेदक उन्हें आवंटित किए जाने वाले +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय से संतुष्ट नहीं है और दूसरा +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय चुनना चाहते हैं तो ऐसे आवेदकों के लिये आवश्यक है कि जिस +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन के लिये उनका नाम आएगा, तो वे उस +2 विद्यालय, महाविद्यालय / संकाय में नामांकन अवश्य करायेंगे, अन्यथा उनका आवेदन रद्द कर दिया जायेगा। इस संस्थान में नामांकन कराने के बाद ही वे तृतीय चयन सूची जारी होने पर, वैसे उच्चतर प्राथमिकता वाले संस्थान में नामांकन ले सकेंगे, जिसके लिये उन्होंने नामांकन हेतु उच्च प्राथमिकता दी है जिसके लिए निम्नलिखित प्रक्रिया है जिसे स्लाइड अप प्रक्रिया कहते हैं।

विद्यार्थी, जिनका चयन दूसरी चयन सूची में नहीं होता है, के लिए आवश्यक सूचना

विद्यार्थी द्वारा दिये गये Choices वाले कॉलेज के Cutoff Marks से कम प्रांप्तांक रहने के कारण अथवा संकाय की न्यूनतम अर्हता (Minimum Criteria) पूर्ण नहीं करने के कारण जिन विद्यार्थियों का दूसरी चयन सूची ताल में चयन नहीं हो सका है, वैसे विद्यार्थियों के लिये महत्वपूर्ण निदेश।

• वैसे विद्यार्थी OFSS Portal पर उपलब्ध सभी कॉलेजों के सभी संकायों का दूसरी कटऑफ लिस्ट देख लेंगे कि किन-किन कॉलेज / संकाय में किन-किन आरक्षण कोटि के अंतिम चयनित विद्यार्थी का क्‍या अंक प्रतिशत है।
• दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 के बीच ऐसे विद्यार्थी OFSS Website पर जाकर अपना User ID एवं Password के माध्यम से अपना वेब पेज खोलेंगे।
• दूसरी चयन सूची के कट ऑफ मार्क्स को ध्यान में रखते हुए विद्यार्थी दिनांक 2 सितम्बर 2022 से 10 सितम्बर 2022 के बीच OFSS Portal पर न्यूनतम 10 एवं अधिकतम 20 विकल्प भरेंगे।

नामांकन के इच्छुक विद्यार्थी एवं संबंधित प्राचार्य के लिये ध्यान देने योग्य विशेष तथ्य

• जारी किये जाने वाले दूसरी चयन सूची में चयनित विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 तक संबंधित संस्थानों द्वारा लिया जायेगा।
• दूसरी चयन सूची के आधार पर चयनित विद्यार्थियों का नामांकन दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 तक संस्थानों द्वारा लिया जायेगा। अतः संबंधित संस्थान के प्राचार्य इस बात का विशेष ध्यान रखेंगे कि नामांकित विद्यार्थियों की सूची OFSS पोर्टल के संस्थान Login में दिनांक 02/09/2022 से 10/09/2022 तक निश्चित रूप से प्रतिदिन अपलोड करते रहेंगे। ऐसा करना अनिवार्य इसलिए है ताकि संबंधित विद्यार्थी जो संस्थान में नामांकन लेंगे उनकी सीट OFSS पोर्टल में भरी हुई मानी जाय एवं दूसरी चयन सूची के नामांकन प्रक्रिया समाप्त होने के बाद संस्थानों में रिक्त सीटों की सूची OFSS पोर्टल के माध्यम से पता चल सके | इन्हीं रिक्त सीटों के आधार पर तीसरी चयन सूची का प्रकाशन होगा। यह कार्य अत्यन्त महत्वपूर्ण है इसलिए संबंधित संस्थान इस कार्य का विशेष ध्यान रखेंगे।
• नामांकन के पश्चात्‌ अगर विद्यार्थी अपने द्वारा समर्पित विकल्पों में किसी उच्चतर विकल्प वाले कॉलेज संस्थान में नामांकन के लिये इच्छुक हैं, तो वे नामांकन के पश्चात्‌ OFSS वेबसाइट पर Slide Up option में अपनी सहमति दिनांक 10 सितम्बर 2022 तक अवश्य दे दें।
