Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has extended the registration process for the first year and second-year examinations of the BSEB Diploma in Elementary Education 2023 (DElEd).
Candidates can register from 21 April 2023 onwards at the official website secondary.biharboardonline.com.
The last date to submit the registration form without a late fee is 26 April 2023. However, candidates can submit the application form by 29 April 2023 with a late fee.

- Click on the direct application link available for D.El.Ed application form
- After this, a new login window will be displayed on the screen
- Fill out the login credentials such as user id and password to proceed further
- Make the online payment of BSEB D.El.Ed application fee
- Download the application confirmation page and print a hard copy of it for future reference
