This is the second consecutive time in the history of Bihar Board when the matriculation result was released in March. Earlier in 2022 also the result was released on the same date. Bihar Board completed the entire process in 31 days and released the result.

90 students are included in the top ten

This time a total of 90 students are included in the top ten. There are 57 boys and 33 girls in this. This time Bihar Board has released two merit lists. There are 21 students in the first top-5 merit list. There are 10 girls and 11 boys in this. Whereas 69 students have been included in the second list from top-6 to top-10.

Bihar Board 10th result was 1.16 percent higher than last time

A total of 81.04 percent candidates have passed the matriculation examination. This is 1.16 percent more than the year 2022. In the year 2022, 79.88 percent candidates were successful. There are six students in the first three positions in the merit list.

Of these, two boys and four girls have occupied it. It is known that last year in 2022, the student who secured first place in matriculation was Ramayani Rai of Aurangabad. Ramayani had got 487 marks (97.40 percent), which was a record, that too was broken this time. A total of 16,10, 657 students appeared in the matriculation examination this year. In this, 13,05, 203 candidates have been successful.

All the students who pass with first division will get Rs. 10,000 each

After releasing the matriculation result in the Bihar Board office, Education Minister Prof. Chandrashekhar said that all the students who pass matriculation with first division (60% and above marks) will be given an incentive of Rs. 10,000 each. After intermediate, the matriculation result was also released first in the country by the Bihar Board.
