The board has started the online registration for the class 11th annual intermediate examination of the students of the current session. This is the second time that the board will begin registration for the Intermediate Annual Examination 2023 for session 2021-2023 on the official website.

Students studying in class 12th have to contact their school principal to get online registration information online. Regular/Private students of Arts, Science, Commerce, and Vocational courses have taken admission to the schools/college affiliated with BSEB through the OFSS web portal in the month of August 2022. Only those students can fill the online registration application form through the principal of their school/college.

Bihar Board will accept the online registration application form of only those students who have taken admission in the schools/colleges affiliated to Bihar Board through OFSS. The board has uploaded the class 11th (regular) student data online to verify the details on the official website. नियमित (Regular) एवं स्वतंत्र (Private) कोटि क परीक्षार्थियों क॑ लिए

इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के रूप में परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होनेवाले छात्र, छात्राओं, जिन्हें सत्र 2021-2023 के लिए सूचीकृत किया गया है, उनका ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन उनके शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के द्वारा भरा जाएगा एवं परीक्षा के मद में शुल्क जमा किया जाएगा।

ऐसे सूचीकृत छात्र / छात्राओं का डाटा संबंधित शिक्षण संस्थान के यूजर आई०डी० पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध एवं अपलोड रहेगा। इसके अनुसार संबंधित परीक्षार्थी, जिसका ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन-पत्र भरा जाना है, उसके नाम के सामने बॉक्स में क्लिक करते हुए Select कर शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान संबंधित परीक्षार्थियों के परीक्षा आवेदन-पत्र भरेंगे।

समुन्नत (Improvement) कोटि के परीक्षार्थियों के लिए

• इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2021 में उत्तीर्ण छात्र/छात्राओं ही किसी एक अथवा सभी उत्तीर्ण विषयों के प्राप्तांक में समुन्नत करने के लिए समुन्नत कोटि के रूप सम्मिलित हो सकते है तथा अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से समुन्नत के रूप में ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते है। इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को प्रायोगिक विषय / विषयों की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना अनिवार्य होगा।
• वर्ष 2022 से पूर्व के उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी इस परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने के पात्र नहीं होंगे।
• समुन्नत में पूर्व के उत्तीर्ण विषय / विषयों में परिवर्तन करने का कोई प्रावधान नहीं है अर्थात्‌ छात्र / छात्राओं उसी विषय / विषयों से समुन्नत कोटि की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होंगे, जिसमें वे पूर्व से उत्तीर्ण हैं।
• समुन्नत कोटि के छात्र छात्रा को परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ-साथ अनुमति लेने का प्रावधान है, जो स्वत: परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ देय होगा। इसके लिए शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा परीक्षा शुल्क के साथ-साथ अनुमति शुल्क भी ऑनलाइन जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा।
• समुन्नत कोटि के छात्र/ छात्रा के लिए शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अपने पूर्व यूजर आई०डी० एवं के आधार पर समिति के पोर्टल पर लॉग-इन कर Intermediate Examination 2023 के लिंक पर जाकर Improvemnet ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट कर परीक्षा का वर्ष 2022, रौल कोड, क्रमांक और सूचीकरण संख्या अंकित करेंगे, जिससे उस परीक्षार्थी कर्ण विवरण पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध हो जाएगा। साथ ही परीक्षार्थी के पूर्व परीक्षा के सभी उत्तीर्ण विषयों को सेलेक्ट करते हुए फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर अपलोड कर शिक्षण संस्थान का प्रधान संबंधित अभ्यर्थी का परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।

पूर्ववर्ती (Ex) अनुत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थियों के लिए

• इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा वर्ष 2020 अथवा 2021के को छात्र/ छात्रा का वी करण संख्या इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 की परीक्षा में पूर्ववर्ती कोटि क रूप में सम्मिलित होने के लिए मान्य है। पूर्ववर्ती कोटि के परीक्षार्थी अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से अपने सभी विषयों की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते है एवं परीक्षा शुल्क जमा कर सकते है।
• इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा, 2020 के लिए सूचीकृत पूर्ववर्ती कोटि के परीक्षार्थी पुराने पाठ्यक्रम से तथा वर्ष 2022 के के लिए सूचीकृत पूर्ववर्ती कोटि के परीक्षार्थी नये पाठ्यक्रम से सम्मिलित होने हेतु ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।
• इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को अपने सभी विषयों की परीक्षा (प्रायोगिक विषय / विषयों परीक्षा सहित) में सम्मिलित होना अनिवार्य होगा।

क्वालिफाईग (Qualifying) कोटि के रूप में सम्मिलित होने वाले परीक्षार्थी के लिए

बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति द्वारा आयोजित इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण वैसे परीक्षार्थी, जो किसी एक अनुत्तीर्ण विषय अथवा जो उनके द्वारा पूर्व में नहीं रखे गये हों, में उत्तीर्णता प्राप्त करने हेतु इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में क्वालिफाईंग परीक्षार्थी के रूप में सम्मिलित होना चाहते हों, तो वे अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते हैं एवं परीक्षा शुल्क जमा कर सकते हैं। इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को प्रायोगिक विषय की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होना अनिवार्य होगा।

इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी के लिए शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान यूजर आईग्डी० पोर्टल पर Intermediate Examination 2023 के लिंक पर जाकर Qualifyingऑप्शन सेलेक्ट कर परीक्षार्थी की उत्तीर्णता के परीक्षा का वर्ष, कोड, क्रमांक एवं सूचीकरण संख्या अंकित करेंगे | इन्टरमीडिएट की परीक्षा में अनुत्तीर्ण वाले एक विषय अथवा पूर्व में वैसे एक विषय जो उनके द्वारा नहीं रखे गये हों तथा उस विषय में क्वालिफाईंग परीक्षा देना चाहते हों, तो उस एक विषय को सेलेक्ट / अंकित करते हुए फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर अपलोड कर शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान संबंधित परीक्षार्थी का ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।

कम्पार्टमेन्टल कोटि के रूप में सम्मिलित होने वाले परीक्षार्थी के लिए

• इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2020 में (पुराने विषय योजना के तहत) तथा इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2022 में (नये विषय योजना के तहत) अधिकतम दो विषयों (अतिरिक्त विषय सहित) में अनुत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2023 में कम्पार्टमेन्टल परीक्षार्थी के रूप में सम्मिलित होने व अपने शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भर सकते हैं। यदि कोई छात्र/छात्राओ पुराने विषय योजना के तहत। NRB एवं MB विषय (50+50= 100 अंक) में से किसी एक खण्ड में अनुतीर्ण है, तो उन्हें दोनों खण्ड NRB एवं MB (50+50 = 100 अंक) विषय की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित अनिवार्य होगा। प्रायोगिक विषय की परीक्षा में अनुत्तीर्ण अथवा अनुपस्थित (Absent) परीक्षार्थी इस परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने की पात्रता नहीं रखते हैं। इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी के प्रायोगिक विषय की परीक्षा नहीं ली जाएगी। उनके वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2021 / 2022 में ली गई प्रायोगिक विशय की परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंक को Carry On किया जाएगा। उक्त कोटि के परीक्षार्थी को श्रेणी (Division) ग्रेस अंक एवं अन्य सुविधा का लाभ देय नहीं होगा।
• इस कोटि के परीक्षार्थी के लिए शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान यूजर आई०्डी० पोर्टल पर Intermediate Examination 2023 के लिंक पर जाकर Compartmental ऑप्शन सेलेक्ट करेंगे। परीक्षार्थी की इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा का वर्ष, कोड, क्रमांक एवं सूचीकरण संख्या अंकित करेंगे, जिससे उस परीक्षार्थी का पूर्ण विवरण उपलब्ध हो जाएगा। शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान संबंधित परीक्षार्थी के विवरण को जाँच कर सबमिट करते हुए ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भरेंगे।
