- Candidate must enter his/her Question Booklet Serial No. (10 digits) in the OMR Answer Sheet.
- Candidates are required to give their answers in their own words as far as practicable.
- Figures in the right-hand margin indicate full marks.
- 15 minutes of extra time has been allotted for the candidates to read the questions carefully.
- In Section A, there are 100 objective-type questions, out of which 50 questions are to be answered (each carrying 1 mark). The first 50 answers will be evaluated by the computer in case more than 50 questions are answered. For answering these darken the circle with a blue/black ball pen against the correct option on the OMR Answer Sheet provided to you. Do not use a Whitener/liquid/blade/nail etc. on the OMR sheet, otherwise, the result will be treated as invalid.
- This question booklet is divided into two sections — Section A and Section B.
- In Section B, there are 30 short answer type questions, out of which 15 questions are to be answered (each carrying 2 marks). Apart from this, there are 8 long answer-type questions, out of which any 4 questions are to be answered (each carrying 5 marks).
- As per the paper pattern of the Bihar Board, there will be both multiple-choice and objective-type questions in the exam.
- 50% paper will be subjective while 50% paper will be objective-type questions for each subject.
- Subjective questions have both short and long answer-type questions.
