Bihar School Education Board (BSEB), Bihar Board Annual Exam 2024 Preparation , Patna officials held a review meeting for the bihar board annual exams 2024 on January 29, 2024. The meeting was held through video conferencing with all Senior Superintendents of Police/Superintendents of Police and all District Education Officers, at the Main Secretariat Building, Patna.
Chief Secretary Aamir Subhani urged the officials to monitor the BSEB Intermediate and Matriculation Annual Examination 2024 conduct continuously. Senior officials have been directed to visit the examination centers and provide proper supervision during the examination.
KK Pathak directed Officials to Solve any Problems | Bihar Board Annual Exam 2024 Preparation
Additional Chief Secretary, Bihar Education Department, KK Pathak directed the officials to resolve any infrastructure-related issues before conducting the examination. He said that much work is being done by the state education department to strengthen the infrastructure in schools.
It was also directed that supervisors should be appointed for the conduct of these examinations in such a way that studies in schools other than the examination centers are not disrupted.
Provision of Videographers at all Examination Centers
This year there will be provision of videographers at all the examination centers and it will be ensured that they are present at the bihar board annual examination centers on time.
Also, all personnel and officers deputed at the examination centers (except the Center Superintendent) will not be allowed to carry mobile phones. Magistrates and senior officials deputed at the examination centers should also not enter the examination centers with mobile phones.
An adequate number of police personnel will be deployed at remote/sensitive examination centers, which will also include women constables. “There should be a large number of deputations so that the search work can also be carried out by them at these examination centers without any delay,” the official notice said.
