Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) is a national-level examination designed to assess the eligibility of candidates for teaching posts in classes 1 to 8 in central government schools. As mentioned earlier, CTET qualifying marks vary across categories. While candidates belonging to UR category need to score a minimum of 60 percent marks, reserved category candidates need to score 55 percent marks to qualify for the CTET exam 2024.

This means that out of the total 150 marks, 90 marks are considered CTET qualifying marks for the General category, and 82 marks are considered CTET qualifying marks for SC/ST/OBC.

CTET Exam Cut-Off 2024

The CTET exam 2024 is qualifying in nature, and candidates must score equal to or more than the minimum qualifying marks to proceed in the recruitment process.
