As per the BSEB Matric compartment exam dates, the board will conduct the Bihar Secondary Compartment-cum-Special exam between May 4 to May 11. The exam will be conducted in two shifts on each day except May 13. The first shift will be conducted from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM (9:30 AM to 12:15 PM for some papers). The second shift will be conducted from 2 PM to 5:15 PM (2 PM to 4:45 PM for Social Science paper).
Bihar Board will provide an extra 15 minutes for the students to read and analyze the questions and plan the answers accordingly. Students will be allowed to enter the examination hall thirty minutes before the commencement of the examination i.e. half an hour before.

The Bihar School Examination Board had made public the BSEB Class 10 Compartmental-cum-Special Exam Schedule. From 4th to 11th May 2024, the BSEB Class 10 compartment exam will be conducted in both shifts. The first and second shift exams will start at 9:30 am and 2:00 pm respectively. Only 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination, candidates will be allowed to enter the examination venue for both shifts.
The practical test for blind candidates in the optional fields of Home Science, Music, Dance, Fine Arts, and Music will be conducted from May 6 to May 8. All paperwork related to internal assessments, literacy exercises, and practical exams must be delivered to the District Education Officer’s office by May 3, 2024.
Blind or physically handicapped candidates will also get an additional time of 20 minutes per hour for the examination. By May 31, 2024, the committee plans to announce the BESEB compartment exam results.
Bihar Board 10th Compartmental Exam 2024
The BSEB Class 10 Matric Compartmental-cum-Special Exam Schedule for 2024 has been released by the Bihar School Examination Board or BSEB. As per the schedule released on April 6, 2024, the Class 10 compartment exam 2024 will start on May 4 and continue till May 11, 2024. The compartmental exam will be conducted by BSEB in two shifts (morning and evening).
BSEB conducts compartmental exams for those students who failed one or two subjects of the class 10th board exam. This exam gives students a second chance to clear the board exams and save a year.
The first shift exam will start at 9:30 am and the second shift exam will start at 2:00 pm. The board has made it clear that students will be allowed to enter the exam center only 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam for each shift.
