- विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय है कि शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा छात्र / छात्राओं के ऑनलाइन भरे गये सूचीकरण परीक्षा आवेदन के आधार पर डमी प्रवेश-पत्र जारी किया गया था। प्रवेश-पत्र में परिलक्षित त्रुटियों का ऑनलाइन सुधार करने हेतु समिति द्वारा अनेक विज्ञप्ति के माध्यम से अवसर दिया गया था। त्रुटियों के ऑनलाइन संशोधन के पश्चात ही परीक्षार्थी का प्रवेश-पत्र जारी किया गया है। किसी भी शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अथवा परीक्षा कन्द्रों के कन्द्राधीक्षक द्वारा किसी भी छात्र / छात्राओं के जारी प्रवेश-पत्र में अंकित विषय में किसी भी परिस्थिति में न तो सुधार किया जाएगा और न ही भिन्न विषय से परीक्षा में सम्मिलित कराया जाएगा। यदि किसी शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अथवा कन्द्राधीक्षक द्वारा किसी भी छात्र /छात्राओं के प्रवेश पत्र में अंकित विषय में सुधार कर भिन्न विषय की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित कराया जाएगा, तो वैसे परीक्षार्थी का परीक्षाफल प्रकाशित नहीं किया जाएगा और संबंधित के विरूद्ध पर सार अनुशासनिक एवं कानूनी कार्रवाई करने की अनुशंसा सक्षम प्राधिकार से कर दिया जाएगा, जिसके लिए वे स्वयं जिम्मेवार होंगे।
- यह प्रवेश-पत्र केवल उत्प्रेषण (Sent Up Exam) / जाँच परीक्षा में उत्प्रेषित / उत्तीर्ण परीक्षार्थी के लिए ही मान्य होगा। उत्प्रेषण / जाँच परीक्षा में गैर-उत्प्रेषित /अनुत्तीर्ण / अनुपस्थित छात्र / छात्रा सैद्धान्तिक विषय / विषयों की परीक्षा में कदापि सम्मिलित नहीं होंगे।
- +2 स्तर क मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थानों क प्रधान को निदेश दिया जाता है कि जो छात्र / छात्रा +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय द्वारा आयोजित उत्प्रेषण जाँच परीक्षा में गैर उत्प्रेषित परीक्षा (Non Sent up) में अनुपस्थित हैं, उनका प्रवेश-पत्र किसी भी परिस्थिति में उनके द्वारा जारी नहीं किया जायेगा। इस निर्दंश की उपेक्षा करते हुए यदि किसी शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा किसी भी गैर-उत्प्रेषित अनुतीर्ण अनुपस्तिथ छात्र / छात्रा का प्रवेश-पत्र जारी कर दिया जाता है, तो इसे घोर अनियमितता मानते हुए समिति द्वारा मामले को अत्यन्त गंभीरता से लिया जायेगा और इससे उत्पन्न होने वाली किसी भी कठिनाई क लिए परीक्षार्थी तथा संबंधित शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान जिम्मेवार होंगे।
- इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2025 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा ऑनलाइन सूचीकरण / परीक्षा आवेदन भरा गया है, लेकिन कतिपय शिक्षण संस्थान क प्रधान द्वारा कुछ छात्र / छात्रा का ऑनलाइन सूचीकरण एवं /अथवा परीक्षा आवेदन भरे जाने के मद में निर्धारित शुल्क अभी तक जमा नहीं किया गया है, या कम शुल्क जमा किया गया है, वैसे छात्र / छात्रा का प्रवेश-पत्र जारी नहीं किया जा रहा है। इससे उत्पन्न होने वाली किसी भी कठिनाई के लिए संबंधित शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान जिम्मेवार होंगे। वैसे छात्र / छात्रा जिनका सूचीकरण एवं / अथवा परीक्षा के मद में शुल्क जमा नहीं है, उनका परत होल शुल्क शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा दिनांक 25/01/2025 तक जमा कर दिया जाएगा, तो परीक्षा प्रारंभ होने की तिथि से पूर्व उनका प्रवेश-पत्र जारी किया जा सकता है।
