As per the latest update, Bihar School Examination Board has formally opened the application and registration window on 9th November 2022 for the Bihar Board 12th Examination 2024 for the next couple of years. The bseb board has started the application process for the students who will appear for the class 12th board exams in 2024. Bihar Board has extended the date of registration for the bseb 11th registration 2022-2024 session. the bihar board has fixed the last date of registration as 30th January 2023.

BSEB 11th registration admission form has been issued for the students who will appear for the Inter Examination in 2024. All the students can check the details below. • इंटरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा, 2024 के लिए 11वीं कक्षा के विद्यार्थियों का रजिस्ट्रेशन अब विस्तारित अवधि में दिनाक 30 जनवरी 2023 तक किया जायेगा।
• ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन एवं शुल्क समिति के वेबसाइ seniorsecondary.biharboardonline.com के माध्यम से शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्रधान द्वारा भरा जायेगा।
• यदि किसी विद्यार्थी के ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन के बाद शुल्क जमा नहीं हो पाया है, तो वैसे विद्यार्थियों का रजिस्ट्रेशन शुल्क भी दिनांक 30 जनवरी 2023 तक जमा कराते हुए उनकी रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रक्रिया पूरी की जाएगी।

Every year, Bihar Board conducts an admission process for the intermediate class. a huge number of students take admission in class 11th every year. Now the students who have passed the matric exams will be able to take admission in class 11th of the session year 2022-24. Application for 11th is filled through online mode only. The bihar board will not accept the application form through offline mode.

Regular students are required to deposit the examination fee of 485. INR in their schools to complete the bseb intermediate registration process, The application will not be considered until the fee is paid.

Earlier this week, the Bihar board also extended the last date to fill the bihar board class 11th application form through the OFSS admission portal, Applications are invited till 30 January 2023.

• OFSS के माध्यम से विधिवत्‌ नामांकित नियमित कोटि के विद्यार्थियों के लिए जो सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र अपलोड किया गया है, उसमें खण्ड “A” एवं खण्ड ‘B’ है। खण्ड ‘A’ में क्रमांक 1 से 17 तक विद्यार्थी का विवरण भरा हुआ है, जो OFSS प्रणाली से नामांकन हे उसके बार दी गई सूचनाओं के आचार पर दै। उसमें छात्रों द्वारा कोई छेड़-छोड़ परिवर्तन नही किया जाना है। विद्यार्थी द्वारा मात्र खण्ड ‘B’ में क्रमांक 18 से 34 तक में अंकित विवरणों को अनिवार्य रूप से भरा जाना है।
  • OFSS से विमुक्त सस्थानों के विधिवत्‌ नामांकित नियमित एवं सभी संस्थानों के स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थी के लिए जो सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र अपलोड किया गया है, उसमें विद्यार्थी द्वारा अनिवार्य रूप सभी विवरणों को भरा जाना है।
• स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि सूचीकरण आवेदन भरने एवं इसमें अंकित विवरणी के अनुसार ही विद्यार्थियों का परीक्षा आवेदन भरा जाना है, इसलिए यह आवश्यक है कि सूचीकरण /अनुमति आवेदन भरने में पूरी सर्तकता बरती जाय, ताकि बाद में इसमें कोई परिवर्तन करने की आवश्यकता न पड़े।
• शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता बनाये रखने हेतु यह आवश्यक है कि शिक्षण संस्थानों में निर्धारित सीट के अनुरूप विधिवत नामांकित नियमित तथा स्वतंत्र कोटि के संगत एवं वैध तथा सही अभ्यर्थित्व वाले छात्र / छात्राओं का ही सूचीकरण इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा 2022-24 के लिए हो और इसमें किसी भी प्रकार की चूक अथवा त्रुटि नहीं होने पाये। बाद में किसी भी तरह के संशोधन / परिवर्तन करने की स्वीकृति नहीं दी जाएगी।
• यहाँ यह भी स्पष्ट किया जाता है कि केवल मान्यता प्राप्त +2 विद्यालयों//महाविद्यालयों के प्रधान द्वारा ही वैध छात्र / छात्राओं का सूचीकरण / अनुमति आवेदन ऑनलाईन भरा जाएगा एवं निर्धारित शुल्क जमा किया जाएगा। जिन शिक्षण संस्थानों की मान्यता / सम्बद्धता रद / निलम्बित / वापस ले ली गई है, वैसे शिक्षण संस्थानों के सूचीकरण /अनुमति आवेदन कदापि नहीं भरा जाएगा।
• उपरोक्त कंडिका 1 में अंकित (i) से संबंधित सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र के खण्ड – ‘B’ के क्रमांक 18 में विद्यार्थी का आघार नम्बर अनिवार्य रूप अंकित किया जाएगा। यदि विद्यार्थी का आधार कार्ड नं० आवंटित नहीं हुआ है, तो इस आशय की घोषणा क्रमांक 19 में अनिवार्य रूप से की जाएगी। इस आवेदन प्रपत्र के क्रमांक 18 एवं 19 में तत्संबंधी निदेश स्पष्ट रूपेण अंकित है।
  • कंडिका 1 में अंकित (ii) से संबंधित सूचीकरण / अनुमति आवेदन प्रपत्र के क्रमांक 13 में विद्यार्थी का आधार नम्बर अनिवार्य रूप अंकित किया जाएगा। यदि विद्यार्थी का आघार कार्ड नं० आवंटित नहीं हुआ है, तो इस आशय की घोषणा क्रमांक 14 में अनिवार्य रूप से की जाएगी | इस आवेदन प्रपत्र के क्रमांक 13 एवं 14 में तत्संबंधी निदेश स्पष्ट रूपेण अंकित है।
• सत्र 2022-24 से राज्य के सभी जिलों के कुछ चिन्हित +2 विद्यालयों में विज्ञान, वाणिज्य एवं कला संकायों के विद्यार्थियों के लिए विभिन्‍न व्यावसायिक ट्रेड यथा- सुरक्षा, ब्यूदिशियन, टूरिज्म, रिटेल मैनेजमेंट, ऑटो मोबाईल, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स एण्ड हार्डवेयर, ब्यूटी एण्ड वेलनेस, टेलीकॉम एवं आई ०टी०, आई ०्टीज०, ट्रेड के पठन पाठन की शुरूआत की गयी है, जिनकी सूची समिति के पोर्टल / वेबसाईट पर प्रदर्शित की गयी है व्यावसायिक ट्रेड का पठन पाठन अनिवार्य, ऐच्छिक एवं अतिरिक्त विषय संरचना के अलावे होगा।
  • वैसे चिहिन्त +2 विद्यालयों जिन्हें व्यावसायिक ट्रेड आवंटित किया गया है, के 25 विद्यार्थियों द्वारा उपरोक्त ट्रेड समूह में से किसी एक ट्रेड का चयन किया जाना एवं उसकी परीक्षा (सैद्धान्तिक एवं प्रायोगिक) में उत्तीर्ण होना अनिवार्य है। यद्यपि कि, इसके प्राप्तांक की गणना श्रेणी निर्धारण हेतु नहीं की जाएगी तथा इसे किसी अन्य विषय के प्राप्तांक से परिवर्तित नहीं किया जाएगा।
  • राज्य जिला के अन्य +2 विद्यालय जो व्यावसाधिक ट्रेड के पढन-पाठन हे चिन्हित नहीं है, के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा उपरोक्त क्रमांक 6 में अंकित ट्रेड का चयन नहीं किया जाएगा। विदित हो कि इन के लिए शैक्षणिक सत्र 2019-2021 से इन्टरमीडिएट कला, विज्ञान एवं वाणिज्य संकाय तथा व्यावसायिक पाद्यक्रम में निम्नाँकित विषय योजना लागू है, जो सत्र 2022-24 के लिए मान्य रहेगा:-

इमिग्रेशन सिर्फ अन्य बोर्ड से 10वीं उत्तीर्ण विद्यार्थी को मूल प्रव्रजन प्रमाण पत्र भी अपने शिक्षण संस्थान में जमा करना अनिवार्य होगा, जिसकी जवाबदेही शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान की होगी।

इन्टरमाडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र 2022-24 में कम्पार्टमेटल, क्वालीफाइग, समुन्तत एवं पूर्वकर्ती कोहि के रूप में सम्मिलित होने वाले सूचीकृत परीक्षार्थियों को पुन सूच्रीकरण कराने की आवश्यकता नहीं है।

कला, विज्ञानं एवं वाणिज्य संकाय के विद्यार्थियों के लिए विषय संरचना

व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के विद्यार्थी के लिए विषय संरचना

अतिरिक्त विषय	भाषा विषय – 3	Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, Hindi, English, NRB Hindi, MB English, Economics, Home Science, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Psychology, Philosophy, Music, Math, English, History, Business Studies, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Accountancy, में से किसी एक विषय का चयन किया जा सकता है। नोट:- वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने छठे अतिरिक्त विषय का चयन किया है, सभी छः: विषयों में उत्तीर्ण है तो पास प्रतिशत की गणना नामांकन लेने वाले विश्वविद्यालय / संस्थान या नियोजक के द्वारा अपने निर्धारित अर्हता के अनुरूप किया जाएगा।

सत्र 2022-24 में OFSS से आच्छादित संस्थानों के नियमित कोटि के नामांकित विद्यार्थियों एवं OFSS से विमुकत संस्थानों में नामांकित नियमित एवं स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थियों का सूचीकरण आवेदन भरने एवं शुल्क जमा करने के संबंध में निम्नांकित निदेश का अनुपालन सुनिश्चित किया जाएगा:-

• मान्यता प्राप्त +2 विद्यालयों / महाविद्यालयों के प्रधान दिनांक 09.11.2022 से 30.01.2023 तक की अवधि में समिति की वेबसाईट से सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र की अलग-अलग दो प्रति में डाउनलोड कर विद्यार्थी को उपलब्ध करा देंगे, जिसमें विद्यार्थी द्वारा चयनित विषय एवं अन्य विवरणी को कंडिका 1 में वर्णित निदेश के अनुसार भरते हुए हस्ताक्षर किया जाना है।
• प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी द्वारा भरे गये एवं हस्ताक्षरित सूचीकरण आवेदन की दो प्रति में से एक प्रति को +2 विद्यालय / महाविद्यालय प्रधान के पास जमा किया जाएगा एवं दूसरी प्रति पर शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान का हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर प्राप्त कर अपने स्तर पर संधारित किया जाएगा | इसके उपरान्त शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान अपने कार्यालय में विधिवत्‌ संधारित नामांकन पंजी एवं अन्य संगत अभिलेखों की सभी प्रविष्टियों का मिलान कर आश्वस्त हो लेगें कि विद्यार्थी द्वारा सूचीकरण आवेदन में भरे गये विवरण शिक्षण संस्थान में रक्षित संगत अभिलेखों के बिल्कुल अनुरूप हैं।
• शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान, जिन विद्यार्थियों का सूचीकरण /अनुमति आवेदन ऑनलाईन भरेंगे और निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करेंगे, उसमें से प्रत्येक विद्यार्थी के ऑनलाईन भरे गए सूचीकरण ,/ अनुमति आवेदन की तीन प्रतियाँ समिति की वेबसाईट से डाउनलोड कर उसमें से दो प्रति अपने हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर के साथ संबंधित छात्र/ छात्रा को उपलब्ध करा देंगे और तीसरी प्रति अपने कार्यालय में अभिलेख स्वरूप सुरक्षित रखेंगे।
• शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान द्वारा ऑनलाईन भरे गए सूचीकरण/अनुमति आवेदन की दो प्रति, जो प्रधान के हस्ताक्षर एवं मुहर के साथ विद्यार्थी को दिया जाएगा, उसमें यदि किसी प्रकार की त्रुटि हो, तो संबंधित विद्यार्थी वांछित संशोधन कर अपने हस्ताक्षर के साथ पुन: शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान को संशोधन कराने हेतु एक प्रति उपलब्ध करा देंगे और एक प्रति पर संस्थान का हस्ताक्षर मुहर प्राप्त कर अपने पास रख लेंगे।
• विद्यार्थी द्वारा प्राप्त कराये गये संशोधित सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र के आधार पर शिक्षण संस्थान के प्रधान समिति के पोर्टल पर वांछित संशोधन करते हुए दिनांक 30.01.2023 तक ऑनलाईन सूचीकरण आवेदन भरेंगे एवं शुल्क जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे, जिसका लिंक समिति की वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध रहेगा।

सूचीकरण कराने वाले नियमित कोटि के कला, विज्ञान, वाणिज्य संकाय एवं व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के विद्यार्थियों के लिए:-

ऐसे विद्यार्थी जो बिहार विद्यालय परीक्षा समिति, पटना अथवा अन्य मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड यथा- सी0बी0एस0ई0, आई0सी0एस0ई0, बिहार शिक्षा संस्कृत बोर्ड, मदरसा बोर्ड इत्यादि से 10 माध्यमिक / मैट्रिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण हों एवं OFSS के माध्यम से सत्र 2022-24 में 11वीं कक्षा में विधिवत नामांकित होकर नियमित विद्यार्थी के रूप में इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र 2022-24 में शामिल होना चाहते हों, उनका सूचीकरण नियमित कोटि के परीक्षार्थी के रूप में होगा।

ऐसे परीक्षार्थी यदि सत्र 2022-24 में नामांकन के आधार पर इन्टरमीडिएट परीक्षा, 2024 अथवा आगामी वर्षो की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने का लक्ष्य रखते हैं, तो उन्हें इसी सत्र 2022-24 में अनिवार्य रूप से सूचीकरण कराना होगा। सत्र 2022-24 के नामांकन के आधार पर आगामी सत्र 2023-25 के लिए सूचीकरण नहीं कराया जा सकेगा। सत्र 2023-25 में सूचीकरण कराये जाने हेतु उन्हें पुनः विहित प्रक्रियानुरूप उक्त सत्र (2023-25) में ग्यारवीं कक्षा में नामांकन कराना होगा, सूचीकरण की वैधता मात्र तीन परीक्षा सत्रों के लिए होगा।

स्वतंत्र कोटि के विद्यार्थियों के संबंध में:-

• इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा सत्र-2022-24 में स्वतंत्र कोटि के रूप में सम्मिलित होने वाले विद्यार्थियों का सूचीकरण आवेदन प्रपत्र मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षण संस्थानों के प्रधान उपर्युक्त कंडिका 7 में निर्दिष्ट निदेश के आलोक में दिनांक 09.11.2022 से 30.01.2023 तक की अवधि में ऑनलाईन सूचीकरण / अनुमति आवेदन भरेंगे एवं निर्धारित शुल्क जमा करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे, जिसका लिंक समिति की वेबसाईट पर उपलब्ध रहेगा ।
• स्वतंत्र कोटि के परीक्षार्थियों के मामले में विद्यार्थी के निवास स्थान वाले जिले के सक्षम पदाधिकारी से निर्गत उस जिला का आवासीय प्रमाण-पत्र होना अनिवार्य होगा।
• स्वतंत्र कोटि के ऐसे विद्यार्थी जो किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त बोर्ड से 10 की परीक्षा में उत्तीर्ण हों, मात्र कला अथवा वाणिज्य संकाय में सम्मिलित होने हेतु सूचीकरण करा सकते है।
• स्वतंत्र कोटि के छात्र के लिये प्रावधान है कि वे 10वीं की परीक्षा की उत्तीर्णता के तीसरे वर्ष में इन्टरमीडिएट की परीक्षा में सम्मिलित हो सकते हैं, परन्तु छात्राओं के लिये इसमें एक वर्ष की छूट है, अर्थात्‌ छात्र 10वीं की परीक्षा की उत्तीर्णता के तीसरे वर्ष में, यानी-जो छात्र मैट्रिक / 10वीं की परीक्षा 2024 में या इसके पूर्व एवं छात्रा 2022 में या इसके पूर्व उत्तीर्ण हुईं हैं, वे ही स्वतंत्र कोटि के रूप में मात्र कला अथवा वाणिज्य संकाय से इन्टरमीडिएट वार्षिक परीक्षा 2022-24 में सम्मिलित होने हेतु सूचीकृत हो सकते/ सकती हैं। सूचीकरण की वैधता मात्र तीन परीक्षा सत्रों के लिए होगा। विज्ञान संकाय तथा व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम से स्वतंत्र परीक्षार्थी के रूप में परीक्षा में शामिल होने का प्रावधान नहीं है।

व्यावसायिक पाठ्यक्रम के विद्यार्थियों के लिए:-
